Golden Fields Dandelion Coffee is made from roasted organic dandelion roots. Dandelion is rich in minerals (it contains potassium, calcium, sodium, selenium, also phosphorous, iron, nickel, cobalt, tin, copper and zinc). Dandelion coffee is a popular coffee substitute, well known in the Anglo-Saxon naturopathy. Roasted dandelion granules are small pieces of dandelion root, lightly roasted to caramelise their sap. Naturally caffein free, they make a rich, full bodied drink, refreshing and tonifying.
It can be taken any time of the day. Best 1 ½ hours after a meal and especially before resting.
