1. Shipping Regions

We currently ship only within Australia. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Shipping Charges

A flat shipping fee of $9.90 AUD is applied to all orders, regardless of the destination within Australia.

Free Shipping is available for all orders with a value of $149 or more.

3. Order Handling Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday), based on Australian Eastern Standard Time (GMT+10). Orders received after our daily cut-off time of 2:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery typically takes between 1 to 6 business days, depending on your location. The total estimated delivery timeframe is 2 to 8 business days from the order date.

5. Shipping Carriers

We work with Australia Post and other trusted shipping partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking ID. Please note: it may take 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
