1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unused, in the same condition you received it, with tags and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at sales@varietyworld.com.au. All returns must be pre-authorized. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping and Fees

Unless the item was received damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for paying return shipping fees. These shipping costs will be deducted from your refund total. No restocking fees are applied.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.

5. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please purchase it separately. Once your return is accepted, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

6. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
• Custom or personalized products
• Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics)
• Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
• Gift cards and sale items

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
