In a home Qualifying Final against the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks, the Rooster’s delivered a decisive victory to secure a Preliminary Final berth. Facing South Sydney Rabbitohs at Allianz Stadium, the Roosters once again dug deep to inflict defeat upon their arch-rivals.In front of a packed house at Sydney’s ANZ Stadium, the Grand Final produced the narrative twist that only sport can provide as Cooper Cronk faced his old club Melbourne Storm, for a shot at Premiership glory.
