Ingredients

Each pill contains:

Coix lachryma-jobi seed (Job's tears) equiv. to dry n28mg

Dioscorea hypoglauca rhizome equiv. to dry 23mg

Poria cocos (Poria) root equiv. to dry 23mg

Alisma plantago aquatica (Water Plantain) rhizome equiv. to dry 17mg

Dictamnus desycarpus (Chinese dittany root bark) stem bark equiv. to dry 17mg

Gardenia florida fruit equiv. to dry 17mg

Paeonia suffruticosa (Tree Peony) root bark equiv. to dry 17mg

Atractylodes lancea (Black Atractylodes) rhizome equiv. to dry 11mg

Phellodendron amurense (Phellodendron) stem bark equiv. to dry 11mg

Tetrapanax papyrifera stem equiv. to dry 6mg

Dosage

Adults: 8 pills 3 times daily, 30-60 minutes before meals with a cup of warm water.
