Each pill contains:

Sesamum indicum seed extract equiv. to dry 29mg

Citrus aurantium (Bitter Orange) fruit equiv. to dry 19mg

Magnolia officinalis (Magnolia) root bark equiv. to dry 19mg

Prunus armeniaca seed equiv. to dry 19mg

Prunus persica seed equiv. to dry 19mg

Rheum palmatum (Rhubarb) rhizome equiv. to dry 19mg

Scutellaria baicalensis (Baical Skullcap) root equiv. to dry 19mg

Angelica polymorpha (Dong Quai) root equiv. to dry 15mg

Glycyrrhiza uralensis (Licorice) root equiv. to dry 10mg

 Dosage

Adults: 8 pills 3 times daily, 30-60 minutes away from meals, with a cup of warm water.
