Ingredients

Each pill contains:

Rehmannia glutinosa (Rehmannia) root equiv. to dry 29mg

Dioscorea oppositifolia (Chinese Yam) rhizome equiv. to dry 23mg

Poria cocos (Poria) root equiv. to dry 23mg

Alisma plantago aquatica (Water Plantain) rhizome equiv. to dry 18mg

Anemone altaica rhizome equiv. to dry 18mg

Cornus officinalis (Cornelian Cherry) fruit equiv. to dry 18mg

Paeonia suffruticosa (Tree Peony) root bark equiv. to dry 18mg

Schisandra chinensis (Schisandra) fruit equiv. to dry 18mg

Bupleurum falcatum (Bupleurum) root equiv. to dry 6mg

Dosage

Adults:
8 pills 3 times daily, 30-60 minutes away from meals with a cup of warm water.
