Traditionally used in Chinese medicine to promote water metabolism in Spleen Qi Deficiency pattern.

Ingredients

Each pill contains:

Poria cocos (Poria) fruiting body equiv. to dry 45mg

Alisma plantago aquatica (Water Plantain) rhizome equiv. to dry 34mg

Atractylodes macrocephala (Atractylodes) rhizome equiv. to dry 34mg

Polyporus umbellatus root equiv. to dry 34mg

Cinnamomum cassia (Chinese cinnamon twig) twig equiv. to dry 23mg

Dosage

Adults:
8 pills 3 times daily, 30-60 minutes away from meals with a cup of warm water.
