Each pill contains:

Angelica polymorpha (Dong Quai) root equiv. to dry 28mg

Rehmannia glutinosa (Rehmannia) root equiv. to dry 28mg

Astragalus membranaceus (Astragalus) root equiv. to dry 18mg

Atractylodes macrocephala (Atractylodes) rhizome equiv. to dry 18mg

Paeonia lactiflora (Peony) root equiv. to dry 18mg

Panax ginseng (Korean Ginseng) root equiv. to dry 18mg

Poria cocos (Poria) fruiting body equiv. to dry 18mg

Glycyrrhiza uralensis (Licorice) root equiv. to dry 9mg

Ligusticum striatrium (Szechuan lovage) root equiv. to dry 9mg

Cinnamomum cassia (Cinnamon) stem bark equiv. to dry 5mg

Dosage

Adults: 8 pills 3 times daily, 30-60 minutes away from meals with a cup of warm water.
