Each pill contains:

Atractylodes macrocephala (Atractylodes) rhizome equiv. to dry 21mg

Dioscorea oppositifolia (Chinese Yam) rhizome equiv. to dry 21mg

Dolichos lablab seed equiv. to dry 21mg

Nelumbium speciosum seed equiv. to dry 21mg

Panax ginseng (Korean Ginseng) root equiv. to dry 21mg

Poria cocos (Poria) root equiv. to dry 21mg

Coix lachryma-jobi seed (Job's tears) equiv. to dry 17mg

Glycyrrhiza uralensis (Licorice) root equiv. to dry 10mg

Platycodon grandiflorus (Balloonflower) root equiv. to dry 10mg

Amomum villosum (Wild Cardamom) fruit equiv. to dry 8mg

Dosage

Adults: 8 pills 3 times daily, 30-60 minutes away from meals with a cup of warm water.
